A free weekly group sitting mindfulness meditation with coworkers, colleagues, and friends in UC Santa Cruz’s Silicon Valley Campus. This sitting mindfulness meditation includes a relaxed sitting for 20 minutes followed by a 5-10 group discussion afterwards. We welcome all of all levels.

Please make sure to dress comfortably; preferably loose, sweat, yoga types of pants
