Maximize Oracle Database Appliance Benefits using KVM

Session Title: Maximize Oracle Database Appliance Benefits using KVM

Session Abstract: The Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) saves time and money by simplifying deployment, maintenance, and support of database solutions for organizations of every size. Optimized for the world's most popular database--Oracle Database--it integrates software, computes, storage, and network resources to deliver database services for a wide range of custom and packaged online transaction processing (OLTP), in-memory database, and data warehousing applications. ODA release 19.9 introduced full ODA tooling support for KVM. KVM-based virtualization complements ODA’s pay-as-you-grow (core licensing) feature and enables rapid deployment of applications in KVM, resulting in a “Solution-in-a-Box”. This Webinar will introduce ODA and show how to make the most of this optimized and yet easy-to-use platform using KVM virtualization.
