Introduction to Tantra Yoga in the newly open Inner Space DSM. These classes are an introduction to Tantra Yoga. We will “scratch a little bit the surface” of Tantric Yoga with specific asana/ pranayama and meditation practices. Come and see if Tantric Yoga is the practice for you. The Tantric Yoga is addressed to people who like to practice yoga as a spiritual method to develop a harmonious live. Tantra Yoga is, above everything, the science of a fully lived life. Senior Yoga Class in the newly open Inner Space This class is designed for seniors and people with limited physical abilities. We will focus on age specific issues like: arthritis, rheumatism, myalgia, physical, emotional and metal balance, memory, muscle strength, body toning, restoring vitality and stamina, concentration and many more. We practice chair sitting, standing and floor yoga poses making sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Seniors practicing yoga enjoy a more active and a good quality life. Mindfulness Meditation Class: In the newly open Inner Space We will learn and practice different methods of concentration (dharana) and meditation (dhyana) to address the most common modern life issues: stress, lack of focus, attention and many more. The practice of meditation will lead to a more peaceful and positive life, increased concentration, awareness, relaxation, a better quality of life. The exercises will be easy and adaptable to all personalities and life situations. The class will begin with a theoretical part, describing the daily exercises. The second part will be the practice, which will be either in silence or with music. The last part will be devoted answering questions and sharing experiences. The goal of this class is to teach you simple concentration and meditation methods you can practice daily under all life circumstances.
This course is both theoretical and practical.You do not need any previous experience with Yoga to attend. You must be 7 or older to attend. Children under 14 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE. Yoga can be defined in modern terms as being the most encompassing system of self improvement.
