Join us for boot camp on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7am and Saturdays from 8-9am. You will burn about 600 calories in this class. Beginners are encouraged and will be challenged while improving fitness and increasing stamina. Experienced boot campers will be pushed to the next level.
Preregistration required. Pricing is $99 per month for all boot camp classes or $15 per class.
