Trail / Venue Description:

Idlehour Camp area of the San Gabriel Mountain is know for its lush forest. Due to recent rainfall, we can expect to see water running along nearby stream. However, with exposed beginning and end, many consider this time of the year to be the perfect time to do this hike.

We will hike up Henninger Flats and then follow the trail to Idelhour Camp. We will then turn toward Inspiration Point and take an optional stop at Muir Peak by its side. On the way back, we will take the easy way out via Echo Mountain to our shuttle cars.
