Design Platform at Monzo
by Aarti D’Cruz
Who is Design Platform and why do we exist? We’re a small team of passionate nerds who work on making designers lives better at Monzo. How? By creating tools and libraries to shape how we design at Monzo. As part of this I have been working on defining Monzo’s Motion Language. I will talk about this process and what that means for our Product Designers, as well as the next steps.
Aarti D’Cruz is an Australian designer who moved to London in April 2018. Most of her career involved coding as well as design which has set her up perfectly for the design platform role at Monzo which involves a lot of experimenting. She’s passionate about motion design and when not working writes music on the side.
