What do you hope to get out of Experience Design Perth?

Sharing of experiences on techniques, practices, tools, etc that can be used to produce a better solution to end-clients

What is your role, how does it relate to User or Customer Experience Design?

Agile Coach/Mentor - many Agile practices (JAD, User Stories, UI Prototyping, Personas, Workflow, Agile Models, Sprint Reviews/demos, etc) assist with UX Design

How do you define User or Customer Experience Design?

Ensuring the user (and various types/personas thereof) are understood and incorporated into the application to ensure the best/enjoyable experience when iteracting with the system. Includes the behaviour (expected/perceived), look-and-feel, access, etc. I'm a true believer of the "Don't make me think" principle.

Hi, I'm an Agile Coach/Mentor with 18+ years of experience with Agile practices. Keen to learn and share more in the UX space to compliment the various Agile techniques aimed to engage the Users/Customer.
