Uber’s Rider Engineering team is in charge of building experiences for our rider app, making our user’ experiences safer, more seamless, and ore reliable.

During this meetup, we will walk through examples across three different groups (Rider Growth, Uber Rewards, and Uber Cash) of how we build products for our riders, from ideation and iteration to rollout and optimization.

We will also discuss the challenges mobile, product, and backend engineering teams have faced on Mobile, Backend and product, and how they built solutions to address these challenges at Uber’s enormous scale.

This is a great opportunity to get a behind the scenes look at how we design and build products for our riders, as well as get to know members of our engineering team.
