This exhibition by Disorder Live Art will take place in Ugly Duck's interesting building in the heart of London. It aims to disrupt traditional notions of spectatorship and participation in public art.
The exhibition will open on Friday the 8th of November with an evening of live performances and will continue on Saturday the 9th of November with the screening of moving image works, performance documentation and a panel discussion with contributions by the artists and curators.
Disorder Live Art is a not for profit organisation dedicated to the production of performance and live art founded in 2018. The main goal of our collective is the creation of an open, itinerant network to offer art practitioners a sustainable model to develop their practice, and reach a wide, diverse audience in different social and institutional contexts.
Our public programme includes exhibitions, events, workshops, reading groups, and an international residency scheme currently under development. Our members and collaborators present research-based practices that take the form of live performances, installations and community projects. n and a panel discussion with contributions by the artists and curators.
