The Club has granted us a Sunday gig. The first day time KaraUkey Sing a Long starting on the fourth Sunday of February. I have also just completed KaraUkey Bumper Book 2. This has taken a while but the book includes a lot of different musical styles including, blues, jazz and calypso to add a bit of musical variety. The songs are graded from easy, through medium to challenging. The list of songs included in the book, and the book itself, are available on the website.

The chords and lyrics will be displayed on a big screen as usual. The day time option will also give us a bit more time for a bit of jamming and playing, and having a bit of fun.

Hopefully we can get enough people to make it a regular fourth Sunday event.

We are open to singers and players at all levels from beginners to advanced players. Or you can just sit back and enjoy the music.

There is a $5 fee for players.

I will bring a couple of extra ukes, for anyone who might like to try one. If you have a uke and are just starting out Click "More" then Click "Files" and work your way through some of the Quick play files starting at number 1, to get you started.

The club has very reasonably priced appetising meals and drinks available.

Please bring your friends and bring your ukes or other acoustic instruments, to keep it happening at Nerang AllSports a great little friendly club.
