TIME:[masked] (with a break for lunch)
TOPIC: Red Team Boot Camp
Have you ever had the opportunity to run a Red Team engagement in a corporate environment? Or maybe you've taken some ethical hacking courses but struggle with the "now what?" aspect of offensive security? Well now's your chance to expand on your skill set! This boot camp offers attendees the opportunity to operate in a Windows Domain environment. Attendees will learn about computer network exploitation tradecraft, red team tactics, and what differentiates a Red Team engagement from your standard Penetration Test. Penetration Testing methodology will be covered, however the boot camp will focus heavily on post-exploitation tactics used in modern, real-world Red Team engagements.
Topics covered include introduction to Penetration Testing and Red Teaming, Introduction to Metasploit, Introduction to basic Windows/Linux commands, Introduction to Tunneling, Open-source enumeration, Target enumeration, Linux/Windows Exploitation, Persistence Methods, Local vs Domain Accounts, Active Directory Enumeration, and Pivoting through Multiple Domains.
GOAL: Provide an intro to advanced level of training in Red Team tactics and techniques
THINGS TO BRING: A fully patched Kali Linux distribution, either on bare metal or as a VM. If in a VM, ensure your distro can connect to a network in "Bridged Mode". Note taking materials are also highly recommended.
SKILL LEVEL: Basic knowledge of networking and security principles are highly encouraged.
Note: Seats may be limited and are first come, first served. While our events are always free, donations are always appreciated ;)
