Almost Free Photowalk Everglades Wonder Gardens

John Brady has offered special pricing for Understand Photography members-$10.00 to enter the gardens.

10:00 a.m. to noon

Professional photographer John Brady took over the management of Everglades Wonder Gardens in Bonita. John has agreed to be our tour guide to see all the awesome changes he is making!!

The new Everglades Wonder Gardens features a world-class botanical garden, native animal species, and Florida-themed fine art. This Florida roadside tradition since 1936 has recently undergone a change in management. Everglades Wonder Gardens
http://www.evergladeswondergardens.net/ is conveniently located in downtown Bonita Springs.

Photowalks are not classes, they are an opportunity to get out and shoot with other photographers. We help each other so you are bound to learn something, but there is no specific instructor.

We'll meet after to have lunch if you'd like. Place to be determined.

Will tripods be allowed/useful here? How about flash and macro lens?

Great question John. I will ask!

John Brady's reply is "Tripods, flash, key grips, gaffers tape ( not even sure what those last two are ;) All photographers and their gear are welcome! We have a bunch of new monarchs in the butterfly enclosure, and there are plenty of macro opportunities."

A great opportunity to observe and learn the art and science of photography as practiced by others. The photo walks are always fun.
