I started this group to meet other 'FUN' enthusiasts. We will have lots of regular activities for everyone. I am really looking forward to exploring these unique activities with all of you in the near future.

Mindful Coast Walk and Meditation - Only €4 :)

Bray (Daly) Railway Station

Hey Social Lifers! Hope you're having a great week so far :) I've teamed up with my good friend Abdullah to hold a two hour mindfulness experience for 20-30 of you EVERY SATURDAY! (Such a legend!) These are all the deets!... Practice mindful walking guided by Abdullah Ahmad. This weekly walk is an uplifting get-together where you practice mindful walking, meditation, gratitude, sharing stories and chilling out with a group of like-minded people! No experience is required and our instructor will guide you through everything. This is a no pressure mindfulness meetup and chill zone to connect, reflect, relax and meet new people. This is not a class, it is more of a get together although you will be guided. HOW IT WORKS: 1: You turn up and meet us all at the Bray Dart Station at 10am. We will wait there for everyone until 10:30am only. 2: We check everyone's booking confirmation email. 3: We all introduce ourselves and then we begin our walk, starting by the beach and proceeding up the hill into Bray Head. 4: We meditate and practice some light yoga overlooking the sea at the peak of our walk before heading back down towards the Dart Station again. 5: You continue your day with some new friends and a feeling of accomplishment! It's basically just 2 hours of walking, breathing fresh air, chatting, stretching, sharing stories and feeling fantastic! What To Bring: 1: An open mind. 2: Comfy, weather appropriate clothes and shoes, that you can walk and stretch in. 3: A big smile and positive energy :) 4: Lots of stories for us! 5: Eat a substantial breakfast before arriving. *** THIS IS A TICKETED EVENT The fee is very small for this walk, we want to gather a group of fun people who can come weekly or as often as possible.
