Mindful Meditative Moments


Becoming present in the now moment is empowering and brings focus on your choices moment to moment. Being able to bring calm into the chaos that can get going in your head is the key to mindfulness. Meditation has been proven to have multiple health benefits including decreased stress and improved concentration.
This core practice of Unity is both simple and powerful. No experience is needed to bring your inner presence to a new level of peace and alignment in this profound use of silence.
