Come on out and join us as we are walk a section of the Multipurpose Trails in Umstead Park. We'll meet at the NE corner of the parking lot of the Reedy Creak side (the I-40 side) of Umstead Park. We will decide which trail to walk then, but expect to be out about 90 minutes. Bring some water & a snack and wear boots/sturdy shoes in case we do the foot trails instead of the multipurpose trails.
Hope to see you there!

Get spiritually inspired and rejuvenated by great music, meditation, and meaningful lessons.
We are a spiritual community awakening to our divine nature through love, service, and personal transformation.
Unity honors the universal truths in all religions and respects each individual’s right to choose a spiritual path.
God (Spirit, Universe, the Intelligence) is the Source and Creator of all. There is no other enduring power. God is good and present everywhere.
Our truest nature is divine and our potential is limitless. It is called by many names – we call it Christ-Consciousness.
We create our life experiences through our way of thinking, feeling and acting.
There is power in meditation and affirmative prayer. We use these tools to bring our awareness into alignment with the Christ-Consciousness.
Knowledge of these spiritual principles is the first step. We choose to live them. Unity is a way of life.
Join the Gen X group for book studys & spiritual topics on 1st & 3rd Sundays upstairs in Neusom's office and "Coffee Casual" 4th Sundays in the Fellowship Hall. A great way to meet other 30s and 40s for spiritual growth as well as social activities outside of Sundays.
Please join Jenny Clarke and Nancy Burns to deepen your process of awakening. We will be doing both experiential processing and discussion/sharing.
Open to all levels of understanding and growth. You may have something to share, ask, or you may want to just listen and contemplate.
This discussion will take place the 3rd Sundays of each month.
