Experience Meditation in Motion starting in January
Begin your journey to physical and spiritual health by learning a gentle form of Tai Chi that provides body awareness, pain relief, stillness, and much more. Body, mind, and spirit come together while practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi which is optimized for health and well-being. Come join us and see why Tai Chi is known as meditation in motion! This is an in-person event only - no Zoom.
Note: Masks will be required for this class. This is an 18-class series for beginning students. After the second class, students will need permission from the instructors to attend.
Classes will be held Mondays from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm; and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
Monday 6:30 p.m. Class Registration:
Tai Chi Standard Rate $10/class; or
Tai Chi Special $50 Rate for 6 classes.
