Anyone can come and join our sangha. Just bring a beach towel and your Spirit! It's a great way to connect with Nature, other people and yourself. You can be brand new to Yoga or be a very advanced practitioner. When you find your breath, line up your posture and do what's available for you then you will enjoy yourself and open up in your movements.
