This group is for those looking to either begin a yoga and/or meditation practice to those who are experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice. We offer a variety of ongoing yoga and meditation classes and will be hosting a variety of workshops centered around using yoga (particularly the breath) to manage stress and anxiety; Yin and meridian yoga; working with the subtle energy body to remove energetic blocks in the Chakra system; and workshops on the Power of Words and how they impact our physiology (and much more.
Yoga is so much more than a physical practice and anyone can practice yoga. Yoga is more of an inward journey than a physical practice, hence why there are no mirrors in our studio.
