Unplugged Wellness is finally back. As we become increasingly dependent on our phone and technology, we need spaces that actively encourage us to live off our screens. That is what Unplugged is all about. Join us on Tuesday evenings for a guided meditation and a rotating schedule of activities all designed to encourage meaningful connection. Unplug from life and plug back into yourself.
