What we're about

This is for anyone who is interested in getting healthy and fit while burning lots of calories. This program is designed to help build strength, endurance and increase cardiovascular health in a safe and effective way. We will be using a variety of equipment such as: TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, body weight, punching bags, medicine balls, battle ropes etc. All skill levels are welcomed to join, don't be afraid to challenge yourself, you will be rewarded.
