Every Tuesday Evening, 5:30 at Hanover High Track. All abilities welcome!

Workout A:
16-24 x turnaround 200’s. (200m @ faster than 5k pace; 40m recovery).
Warm up and Cool down.

Workout B:

800m @ 2-3 seconds faster than 5k pace (per 400m);
800m @ threshold pace. (this is about 15-30 seconds slower than 5k pace per mile)
1:30 recovery jog.
Repeat. 3-4 x
Warm up and Cool down.
