Location visible to members
We are on Tuck Drive this week.
I have not run there since it was rebuilt, but I am told there is a car lane (up only), a bike lane, and a sidewalk. There should not be much "going into campus" at 5:30, but we still need to be careful. So if ice & snow allow here is the way I would like us to use this;
- Go up in the bike lane. We are closer to the speed of a bike than a walker.
- Come down on the sidewalk. When coming down you are running slower (recovery) and so can navigate your way around pedestrians.
For the work out:
o 2 x full hill - moderately hard - recover on downhill
o 3 x to the gate - a bit harder - recover on downhill
o 5 x to the crosswalk - do you have anything left? Use it! - recover on downhill
