Hello People,

The first week of the month means "long intervals". But we are also in the midst of a few warmer days and I expect some of the best footing we have had in a while. So the workout is a ladder, or since it comes down too, a pyramid.

o warmup - 1 mile
o 800m - 400 recovery
o 1200m - 400 recovery
o 1600m - 400 recovery
o 1200m - 400 recovery
o 800m - 400 recovery
o warmdown

This workout is a bit longer then usual (3.5 miles instead of 3) but the pace should not be to outrageous. Try these at about you 10k pace. When you are coming down the backside of the set (the last two), see if you can slightly improve over your first two.
