Hello People,

We are back to Tuck Drive for hills this week.

This is actually a pretty simple workout.

o 10 minute warmup
o 4 x 1/3 of hill (up to cross-walk)
- recover on the downhill
o 4 x full hill
- recover on the downhill

The heart of the workout are the long hill, especially 2 & 3 (the middle 2). It is where you will need all the mental discipline you can gather. Which leads to the role of the first four short hill.

In the first four short hills explore different paces, but settle on a pace you can hold for the long hills by the end of that intro set.

In the end this is all about finding a sustainable pace/effort level.
