Hello People,

It is spring and we are moving to a new location!
We will be on the Hanover High Track for the next six weeks.
To start us off something simple

Workout
o run a mile or two before you arrive
o 2 x 400m with 200m recovery
o 4 x 800m with 400m recovery
o 2 x 400m with 200m recovery
o cool down

I'll talk a bit about pace before we get started.

ALSO does anyone have any photos from the Main Street Mile? it is coming up in just a month (May 16) and I would like photos to help promote it.
