Join us for Tuesday Night Track at Dartmouth's Memorial Field track!
Doing workouts is hard, so we meet up and do them together. Each week, we meet for some speed work and split into different pace groups to do the weekly workout e-mailed to members. Join the UVRC (uppervalleyrunningclub.org) to get the workout e-mailed to you weekly.
If you're new, you're welcome to come to see what we're about. We'll go over the workout at 5:30.
We should be at Dartmouth's Memorial Field track for the rest of the summer, but check in each week in case of changes.
