This week's workout:
We’ll run 200 repeats. I have a new workout I may throw at you. We’ll see. But, we’ll be running 200’s with about a 200m recovery.
200’s are a good interval for all runners.
8x 200 (that would be a 1 mile workout)
16 x 200 (2 mile workout)
24x 200 (3 mile workout)
