Hello People,

This week is (almost) a pyramid. The idea is to run all of the intervals at the same pace, even though we mix-up the distances. The goal here is to run that 1600m between your 5k and 10k pace.

If you run a 5k in 20min, this means add 4-5 sec/lap to you 5k pace.
If you run a 5k in 30min, this means add 6-8 sec/lap to you 5k pace.
If you run a 5k in 40min, this means add 8-10 sec/lap to you 5k pace.
