Loving Your Body As It Is Now
What if owning your present reality is what gets you the physical transformation you want, and not the other way around". Many of us think when we get the body goal we are after, whether that is weight loss or gain, getting abs of steel, becoming a perfect size 4-6-8, then we will be deserving of joy, adventure, even love.
The problem is, that thinking is what keeps many of us on the diet rollercoaster of gaining, losing and gaining it again. This is a conversation about the concept that if you knew you were worthy of the end result right now, how would that affect how you lived your life in a potentially healthier, happier way?
