Evening during the week, mid-morning on weekends
My slow and easy but not frustrating (to me) is about 11 min/mile. In races, I typically run around 10:50 min/mile. I don't mind if people run with me or run ahead. Just knowing there's a group is kind of cool.
Once or twice.
2-3 miles to start.
I started running in March of 2011 and while I don't run more than 3 miles at the moment, I'd really like to keep working on the distance and time.
