This group is for males ages 35 to 45 who are interested in resistance/weight training in an outdoor and social setting. The exercises performed will be on an intermediate level and members should be able to perform at this level for 45 minutes to an hour. Exercises will be broken up by body target areas such as chest/back, lower body, shoulders, and abs, etc. Members are encouraged to bring their own dumbbells, weight jackets, etc.
Members will be informed about the park location and body target area once an event is posted.
