This weekly online gathering is eleven weeks long, hosted by Winnie Wang and also features a different guest speaker each week to discuss a specific aspect of shadow work and demonstrate a useful healing method that the group practices in class.

Kundalini Yoga for Beginners - 6-week Introductory Series $85

Here is an excellent six-week introduction to the foundation of KUNDALINI YOGA. This class will meet once a week on Wednesdays at 7 PM both in-person or online with Dr. Santokh Singh Khalsa, D.C.

If you are wanting support developing a yoga practice, this is an excellent place to start. REGISTER WITH THE AWARENESS CENTER

Kundalini Yoga is a rejuvenating and relaxing combination of breath and movement, from which anyone may benefit, even those who are stiff or out of shape. Using breath and simple exercises, you will learn to release stress and tension while increasing energy. The course covers Yoga practice, basic meditation, philosophy, diet, and lifestyle.

The following topics will also be covered: healing, relaxation, stress reduction, breathing techniques, chakras and mantras. Each 2-hour class will include a lecture/discussion as well as a different yoga set each week.

Live IN-STUDIO classes beginning Wednesday, July 13th from 7pm - 9pm PST. The series will meet for a total of 6-weeks on Wednesdays.

In-studio participants will receive a copy of Dr. Khalsa's book, "Understanding Kundalini Yoga".

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. A yoga mat is recommended.

We look forward to sharing the technology of Kundalini Yoga with you!

About the Instructor:
Dr. Khalsa is the Lead Trainer at the Awareness Center. He has been practicing Kundalini yoga for over forty years. He and his wife, Suraj, were founders of the Awareness Center in 1974 and both have been teaching ever since. He is the lead teacher for the Level I and Level II Kundalini Yoga teacher training program.
