Would you like to start preserving fruit, pickles, herbs and tomatoes from your garden or the local summer bounty? Come learn about boiling-water-bath canning and dehydrating with two veteran food preservers in Petersham on Saturday, May 11. The Petersham Local Food Group is sponsoring this hands-on class. If you've been wanting to learn about water-bath canning and dehydrating, come to the class and make this the year you get started.
