What we're about

This is for you if you are sick of constantly skating the same old East Coast Park or Bishan Park.

We skate all over Singapore and explore many different destinations and Park Connectors. It would be a great way to meet more fellow skaters too. Average distance for each skate ranges from 15km to 45km, depending on the route for the week. We hope to meet more urban skating enthusiasts and plan more group skating activities together.

All ages are welcome, the only requirement is that you have mastered your braking techniques, as it is a safety requirement in Urban skating dealing with many different types of terrain, especially slopes.

Kindly note that full protective gears are strongly advised.

Looking forward to meet everybody soon!

Fri Skate......... (To be confirmed)

Needs a location

This Friday night skate is only happening whenever a host is free to volunteer to lead. It will be on if the location is confirmed. If no location confirmed, it means it is not happening. Note also whether this is on or not is usually decided extremely late, something like 5pm to 6pm on the actual day itself, so if anybody who signs up for this, please check about 2 or 3 hours before time if skate location has been updated, if it has, then it's on. If nothing, then it's off. Details: The usual schedule is 8.45pm, meet in front of Ion Orchard. Have dinner before coming because it would be full on skating. As usual, automatically cancelled if it rains Orchard MRT is the closest to get there. Feel free to contact Janice [masked]) if any questions. This is for intermediate level and above skaters only. You must be confident in handling slopes, and be good at braking. You are responsible for your own safety, thus protective gears are strongly advised.

Sat Evening Skate (Location to be confirmed)

Needs a location

The usual schedule for this skate is meet at 6pm, and skate some distances, have dinner together, skate some more, and then perhaps have ice-cream or desserts somewhere, and then head back to starting point. We will always end where we started. Every week will be a different location. If it is a rainy season, announcing of skate location may be done only on the day itself, as we need to figure out which part of Singapore does not rain. Note that this is for intermediate and above skaters only. For safety reasons, you must already be confident in braking to join us on Saturdays, there will often be challenging slopes to tackle. Protective gears are strongly advised, as you are responsible for your own safety. If it rains in the afternoon, we will either post-pone this skate to a later hour when the roads have dried or change location and last resort would be to cancel it, please check for updates on the comments section of the meetup page itself. We usually will update status one hour before skating starts. Please feel free to call William at[masked] or Janice at[masked] for enquires. Skate Route This week
