Tell us a little bit about your role in your company/organization.

I design grant projects with NGOs, foundations and governments in Latin America and the Caribbean to establish and implement public private partnerhips and provide basic services for the poor

What projects are you currently working on that are aimed at improving cities?

One interesting example is a collaboration with an oil company in Priura, Peru to develop and invest in a community based Public Private Partnerhip.

What urban innovations have you seen or worked on in the last year that you think are game changers?

I have started working on the design of a program to introduce social impact bonds in Latin America. These are programs where authorities pay for performance (only if agreed upon results are acheved) of social interventions that are finaned by the private sector and implmented by NGOs.

I work for the Inter-American Development Bank as a private sector specialist in the area of public private partnerhips and basic services for the "last mile" of connections
