We believe that self esteem is built through developing internal qualities - virtues. We can improve our self esteem and positively affect ourselves and others. Examples of these qualities are mindfulness, detachment, generosity, etc. As we become aware of these virtues within ourselves and others we strengthen and attract more of them in our lives. For us this has a spiritual, emotional, mental and physical significance. The goal of our group is to look at one virtue each session and to discuss how to apply it to our lives. We also aim to develop a sense of community and friendship.
