It gets even harder when trying to renew an app which is used by millions of users, in different languages around the world – such as the AVG AntiVirus interface. In this talk I will discuss the redesign process I was head of - the reasons that led us to go through it, our learnings from analytics and research, and the design decisions we made. I will share a few golden pieces of practical advice to anyone who is planning a similar process in their organization.
