BIG MIND DROP-IN
Big Mind Drop-In Join us for an experience of self-exploration using a process that integrates the wisdom and insights of Eastern spirituality and Western psychology to empower the wisdom within you and enrich your life. An hour of interactive discovery led by Facilitators trained and certified by the creator of the Big Mind process, Zen Master Dennis Genpo Merzel. Open to all, admission free (donations accepted). What we're about

Zen Master Genpo Roshi will be teaching and sharing the Big Mind Process in Salt Lake City at various times, this is an opportunity for those interested in Zen and the Big Mind process to work directly with the creator and developer of the Big Mind process. "For more than 40 years my deepest motivation has been to assist others to awaken to our true nature, to get to the root of suffering and to realize our capacity as aware and responsible human beings. I trust and encourage them to bring that profound and life-transforming experience into the world in their own unique ways, according to their particular gifts, passions and circumstances." Genpo Roshi’s most recent successor, Mark Daitoku Esterman, Sensei, and others of Roshi’s senior students offer Sunday talks 9 am to 10 am, with optional sitting before the talk at 8:30 am. The location is 755 East 600 South, Salt Lake City. Sitting is also offered Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 8 am. Please arrive a few minutes before the sitting starts at 7 am, or at 7:25 before the next period starts.
