He started work as a network administrator, evolved to a systems administrator, evolved again to developer, and ultimately landed as a hands on architect. He draws insights from each stepping stone in his career evolution to factor real world experiences into complete architectural designs. His most recent and favorite area of expertise is big data, and, though it connotes slow and cumbersome, he has engineered flexible data pipelines and data systems supporting transactional and analytical use cases.
