I would like more information about outdoor portraiture- mainly about extra lighting, white balance, reflectors, etc.

I would also like to learn about photoshop/lightroom because I only have very basic skills. I just learned about this group this year, so I haven't seen any of the other stuff you guys have done. It all seemed pretty exciting!
