Getting into shape is always a daunting task, especially when just starting out or getting back into the routine. Most folks can feel out of place or self-conscious at the gym, and finding other like-minded people to help motivate you is difficult. This is where the weekly Furfit can help!
Every Tuesday at 6pm you will meet with other furs interested in getting back into shape. No judgement, just good exercise in a comfortable and supportive environment. The weekly Furfit will be hosted by ChronoWolf and DarkJesture, and each 1 hour session will feature a 15 minute warm up followed by 45 minutes of various cardio, bodyweight and martial arts oriented exercises. We know there will be a variety of fitness levels participating, so you can take any of the exercises at your own pace.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Workout clothes, exercise shoes/runners, plenty of water, a towel. You can also bring (though it’s optional): yoga mat (if you don’t want to be on the grass during sit-ups, etc.), small free weights, boxercise gloves and pads, jump ropes. Music will be provided.
WILL I NEED TO SIGN ANY FORMS?
This is not a boot camp... it’s basically a weekly fun activity among friends, lead by two individuals who know a thing or two about fitness and exercise. That said: we will still hand out waivers that basically remind folks that the activities are going to involve physical exercise, and that you consent to participate. There will also be limited light physical contact.
