Provo Linux User Group (PLUG) - Ham Radio

Ham radio is for nerds. Like me.

Ham radio used to be where aspiring hackers got started. Amateur radio is still a vibrant world with much to teach the interested geek. We'll talk about where ham radio fits in the hacker arsenal today, and cover everything you need to pass the FCC's licensing test and get on the air.

http://www.plug.org/uvu has directions and a map

Just go in the front doors, and follow the signs.  We're usually in a conference in the back of the main floor.

Maybe another month, Mark! It'd be good to see you again.

Steve, wish I could be there. I think we worked together back @ MyComputer.com. Maybe next time. - Mark, W7UAR
