We are going to kick off a series of nights called Mindful Mondays.
Last year we held different events like meditation evenings, and a workshop on Feldenkrais. This year we'll have a variety of practitioners who help individuals and community through creative means.
We will naturally choose a lovely place for dinner to accompany these evenings. :-)
For our first event, we are excited to have Andrew Gaines who will be hosting the night. He is an author, a facilitator, a therapist and a Feldenkrais practitioner to name just a few things. Andrew has been a creativity trainer for 30 years. He integrates improvisation, martial arts, Synectics, and other creativity procedures.
Andrew describes the event planned as follows:
"Live creativity where people play with each other! I sometimes say that creativity is the springtime of the mind. You will be astonished and delighted by what you and your companions come up with. They may be funny, foolish, wacky, deep, serious, or moving… you never know, but it is always interesting! Meet people in new ways. Or, bring your partner, and you'll discover fresh ways to have fun - home made pleasures."
I'm fascinated about what the night has in store for us.
The venue has limited capacity so be quick to RSVP.
