This is a group for young adults who are recovering or healing their mental health. Respect and safety are important features. If you feel you could benefit from self-improvement, please join. It can be difficult to connect with others when struggling with anxiety, autism, depression, schizophrenia, stress, trauma, etc. The aim here is to be more structured but inclusive, hopefully that goal will be of help.
