Take a day for yourself. This day-long meditation retreat is led by facilitators trained by Shinzen Young (who has developed an innovative contemporary system of mindfulness meditation that is being studied at Harvard, Yale and other prestigious institutions.) Come for any or all of the day. Instructions in the morning with a few guided meditations during the day and an opportunity to meet privately with facilitators to ask about your practice - whatever your practice may be.
