Creating Positive Karma Join us for a four week meditation series to learn how to understand karma and make things a little easier in our everyday lives . What we're about

The purpose of this meetup group is to help those looking for meditation instruction, or wishing to study Buddhism, where to meet up.

Everyone is welcome, no experience is necessary. We cater for beginners and for those with experience.

You are also welcome to make an appointment with the Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Mila to discus any questions you may have.

Our weekly classes are presented in a simple structure & are either taught by our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Mila, or experienced meditation students of the Centre. We have a number of branch classes that may be convenient for you.
They provide a practical overview of meditation, and helpful advice on how to develop and maintain a peaceful and happy mind. During the class there are two guided meditations, a teaching and opportunity to ask questions. Suitable for everyone.
Cost per class: R50, or R30 half hour classes – no booking required. It is not necessary to attend every class.
