    Reem this is good if you want to have the buildings in the background or another option is to crop it down smaller to get a closer effect of the cyclist.

    I think you can have both. It might be interesting to see if you cropped the left side out to the point where you only see 1 green tree up top and/or crop so only 2 floors of the buildings are seen. Maybe it's me but I keep getting told to reduce the amount of what's in a photo from other people and it might be worth a try to see what happens if you crop it some more?

    The blur in the building lines do add to the implied motion. I don't think centering the cyclist by cropping would help; it would diminish the sense of where he's been. Composition depends in intent. Please don't crop systematically. But rectangular frames do imply movement more so than square. You got it, the panning is good here.
