Let's get outdoors for a fun workout! If you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle or just be more active, then join us every Sunday for a super fun workout!
Bring your family member and friends to the workout as well. It's good for everyone. We meet once a week, on Sunday mornings, at the local school. Monthly calendar is posted in advance so you can plan accordingly. Let's do it together and support each other in every little step we take.
Please make sure to RSVP to our next event. PS: We exercise regardless of weather outside. Of course we love sun, but rain or snow doesn't stop us.
