Free Guided Meditation Class in Richmond, BC
All are invited to join us for a free meditation class.
The world is constantly busy & so are our minds. Take the opportunity to slow down & center the mind in easy and comfortable meditation practices to regain your inner balance.
Open to beginners or those wanting to learn more. Come learn simple yet effective strategies to start or deepen your practice. The meditation we teach is non-religious, and be practiced by all regardless of background or belief.
Led by Buddhist monks with greater than 20 years experience.
Schedule includes introduction, stretching, overview of meditation techniques, guided meditation, followed by discussion Q&A.
Please wear comfortable, loose fitting, modest clothing. Mats and chairs are provided.
