It's always good to change it up a bit to keep us on our toes!
This special class will combine your favorite pilates and yoga poses into one amazing sweat session. We'll start with a warm-up comprised of yoga and breathing work and then turn the notch up with carefully selected pilates exercises that will fire up those muscles for a full body workout. Then we'll end with some yummy stretches to leave you feeling warm & cozy.
Its amazing to see how motivated you all are, but please be mindful that if you cannot make it, please free up the space for others who would like to join. =)
